Ordering & Sizing

What sizes do you carry?
Our tees run from XS to 5XL. Check our Size Guide for measurements before you order, since fit can vary slightly between styles.

How do I know which size to pick?
We recommend measuring a shirt you already own and love, then comparing it to the chart on our Size Guide page. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your shirt enters production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Production & Shipping

Is this made to order?
Yes. Every shirt is printed specifically for you after you order, which is why production takes a little longer than shirts sitting in a warehouse.

How long until my order arrives?
Production takes 2-7 business days, then shipping takes another 3-5 business days within the US. Most orders arrive within 5-12 business days total.

Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding, so check back soon.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves production.

Returns & Quality

What if my shirt arrives damaged or the wrong size?
Reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. See our full Refund & Return Policy for details.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Since every shirt is made to order, we don't stock extra inventory for swaps. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us and we'll help you sort out a replacement.

How should I wash my shirt to keep the print looking sharp?
Turn it inside out, wash cold, and skip the dryer if you can (or use low heat). This keeps the print vibrant for longer.
