Every item at BlackBikerTshirts.com is made to order. Because production starts as soon as you place your order, we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee that works as follows.

 

Order changes and cancellations: You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, before production begins. After that window, your item is already in production and cannot be changed or canceled.

 

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

 

Wrong size or changed your mind: Since every shirt is printed specifically for you, we are not able to accept size-exchange or buyer's-remorse returns. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering. If you are unsure which size to choose, contact us before placing your order and we will help you pick the right fit.

 

Refund processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.
